Traditional FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) is a minimally invasive hair restoration technique that involves the precise extraction of individual hair follicles from a healthy donor area of the scalp and their transplantation into areas affected by thinning or hair loss.

Using advanced micro-surgical instruments, our specialists carefully harvest each follicular unit to ensure maximum graft survival, minimal trauma, and optimal healing. These follicles are then meticulously implanted into the recipient area, following the natural direction, angle, and pattern of your existing hair — allowing us to recreate a natural-looking hairline and balanced density.

Results develop gradually and authentically, with visible growth typically beginning within 3–4 months, and full, natural results becoming apparent between 6–12 months following the procedure.

3 Step Process of Traditional FUE

Step 1 – Precision Extraction

Individual hair follicles are carefully harvested from the donor area, typically the back and sides of the scalp, where hair is naturally more resistant to thinning. Using advanced micro-punch technology of 0.9mm or less, we selectively extract both single and multi-hair follicular units to achieve maximum density, optimal coverage, and natural results, while ensuring minimal scarring and rapid healing.

Step 2 – Recipient Site Creation

Tiny, precise micro-incisions are created in the recipient area using specialised surgical tools. These channels are strategically designed to replicate the natural direction, angle, and distribution of your hair, ensuring the transplanted follicles integrate seamlessly and produce an undetectable, natural-looking hair pattern.

Step 3 – Expert Implantation

Each harvested follicle is meticulously implanted into the prepared channels using advanced implantation techniques. Our surgeons place every graft with precision, ensuring natural density, balanced distribution, and long-lasting results that blend flawlessly with your existing hair.
